Absolutely! Botox is completely safe for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes. Additionally, most patients report feeling little discomfort during their Botox injections. With that said, Botox isn’t recommended during pregnancy
Do I need to be prescribed Botox from my primary care physician?
Absolutely not. Dr. Angulo can prescribe and administer Botox right here at our Downtown Orlando dental Botox office. No additional prescription is needed!
What should I do after getting Botox?
Once treatment is administered, very little aftercare is needed. We recommend no physical exercise, tight headwear, lying down, or face rubbing for 4 hours after treatment.

Dr. Angulo will meet with you to discuss what you are experiencing and to determine if Botox is a good option for you - We’ll perform an exam and take 3D imaging to get an accurate picture of your smile and mouth
- If prescribed Botox, treatment will take about 10 minutes and is administered right in our dental office
- You might notice an improvement in any tightness, pain, teeth clenching, or migraines in just a couple of days.
- The effects of the treatment last anywhere from 3-6 months.
